The 1000 Litre Polyurethane Fuel Bowser Trailer from Trailers and Tankers is a premium mobile fuel transport solution designed for the safe storage and transportation of diesel and other approved fuels. Built in South Africa using a heavy-duty steel chassis and a 10 mm double-layer polyurethane fuel tank, this bowser trailer delivers exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life in demanding commercial, agricultural, mining, and industrial environments.
The double-layer polyurethane tank offers superior resistance to corrosion, rust, UV exposure, and impact damage compared to traditional steel tanks, making it an ideal low-maintenance solution for operators who require long-term reliability.
Built on a 75 x 38 mm heavy-duty U-channel steel chassis, the trailer features a 1500 kg Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) and is fitted with a 1500 kg braked square axle, providing excellent towing stability, braking performance, and safe operation on public roads and off-road job sites.
The trailer is equipped with 14-inch wheels, a 48 mm heavy-duty single-wheel jockey wheel, and a 2-ton braked trailer coupler, ensuring smooth towing and easy manoeuvrability.
For maximum road safety and compliance, the trailer includes a 4-in-1 halogen lighting system incorporating brake, park, indicator, and number plate lights, together with a 7-pin trailer plug, front and rear reflectors, a 1150 mm rear chevron board, and 50 mm yellow reflective tape covering approximately 70% of both trailer sides.
Supplied as a base trailer, this fuel bowser can be customised with optional diesel transfer pumps, hose reels, automatic shut-off nozzles, fuel flow meters, filtration systems, battery boxes, lockable toolboxes, and other fuel dispensing equipment to suit your specific operational requirements.
